George A.Elliott教授是C*-代数分类理论的开创者，是国际算子代数及其应用领域的领袖人物。他提出了著名的“Elliott分类纲领”（也称为“Elliott猜想”），数十年来引领和极大地推动了C*-代数理论的发展。1982年，George A. Elliott教授当选加拿大皇家科学院院士；1994年，被邀请在苏黎世国际数学家大会（ICM）上做报告；1996年获得CRM-Fields Institute奖；1998年获得 Jeffery–Williams奖；1999年获得John L. Synge Award奖；2008年，当选丹麦皇家科学院外籍院士；2012年，当选美国数学会首届会士；2016年，受聘成为体育投注现金网_沙巴体育-娱乐场*官网@荣誉教授。
Masaki Izumi（泉正己），现任京都大学理学研究科教授。泉正己教授在算子代数、尤其是次因子理论领域的工作闻名遐迩。他给出了很多一般方法无法完成的具体范例的构造，并以出色的技巧给出了各种各样完整的计算。其主要结果为：对指数4以下次因子分类理论的贡献及其在指数5以下情况的进一步推广、量子二重构造法的具体计算、Haagerup次因子的新型构造及其推广、古典Galois理论的量子化版本以及其次因子方面的结果在C*-代数的子代数研究领域的类比。泉正己教授于1996年获得日本数学会赏建部贤弘赏，2003年获得日本数学会解析学赏，2004年获得作用素环赏（这是日本国内算子代数领域的最高奖项），2010年获得日本数学会秋季赏（这相当于日本国内的沃尔夫奖），2010年受邀做ICM报告，2014年获得井上学术赏。
Gilles Pisier教授是国际著名泛函分析与算子代数专家，现为美国得克萨斯农工大学Owen讲席教授。Pisier教授长期致力于泛函分析、概率论、调和分析、算子理论和算子代数方面的研究，尤其在Banach空间的几何理论、算子空间理论方面做出了卓越的研究工作。他的成果发表在《Annals of Mathematics》、《Inventiones Mathematicae》、《Acta Mathematica》《Journal ofAmerican Mathematical Society》等国际顶级数学期刊上。由于其杰出的学术成就，Pisier教授受邀分别在1983年和1998年国际数学家大会（ICM）上做45分钟和60分钟报告报告，2012年当选美国数学会首届会士，是公认的领域内领军人物。
Wilhelm Winter教授是国际著名算子代数专家，现为德国明期特大学教授。Winter教授长期致力于C*-代数分类方面的研究，尤其在单核C*-代数的维数理论、正则性理论中做出了卓越的研究工作。他的研究成果发表在《Annals of Mathematics》、《Inventiones Mathematicae》、《Acta Mathematica》《PNAS》等国际顶级数学期刊上。由于其杰出的学术成就，Winter教授受邀在2018年国际数学家大会（ICM）上做45分钟报告，是公认的领域内领军人物。
